About this role
The Entrepreneurship Development Manager will lead the growth and integration of ALX Ventures within a country market as a core member of a City Team, balancing operational delivery with strategic alignment to global entrepreneurship efforts. The role partners with the City General Manager and Entrepreneurship Director to implement programs, scale founder support pathways, and raise ALX’s profile in the local startup ecosystem. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Kigali focused on expanding venture support and community impact.
