Environmental Compliance Manager

The Environmental Compliance Manager supports and delivers environmental compliance services during design and construction for complex transportation and infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on Sound Transit and/or WSDOT. This technical and field-focused role ensures contractor and agency compliance with environmental permits, regulatory requirements, and environmental commitments on heavy-civil, design-build, and progressive design-build projects. The position works closely with construction management teams, resident engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to proactively manage environmental risk and resolve compliance challenges in real time.
