Environmental Health Program Director

This role directs and coordinates a city-wide environmental health services program, overseeing subordinate administrators for tobacco control, food protection, vector control, and other health initiatives. The position involves enforcing regulations, overseeing inspections and investigations, and securing cooperation from the business community and general public to control environmental health hazards. The work is performed under the direction of an administrative superior.
