About this role

Decima International is seeking an experienced EPC Procurement Lead to manage pre-qualification, tendering, and bid evaluation for large-scale construction and mission-critical projects in Dubai. This client-facing role requires strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure procurement activities are structured, competitive, and compliant with project objectives. The ideal candidate will lead the selection of capable EPC contractors and major project packages for significant capital expenditure initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead EPC procurement activities including contractor pre-qualification and tender planning
Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations of EPC contractors
Manage bid evaluation processes and prepare comparison sheets for award recommendations
Identify and mitigate procurement, commercial, and contractual risks within submissions
Guide project teams on EPC procurement best practices and governance
