About this role

Anthropic is seeking an experienced accountant to own equity accounting and reporting across US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP for all jurisdictions with employees holding equity. The role involves managing equity expense booking, intercompany recharges, tax provisions, and statutory disclosures while automating processes and ensuring audit-ready close deliverables. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, and Global Payroll to maintain scalable and compliant equity reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Own equity portfolio through month-end and quarter-end close across US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP
Design and operate Sarbanes-Oxley controls across equity expense, recharges, and deferred tax
Automate monthly pushdown and recharge postings and reconcile deferred tax to expense reports
