The Equity and Transformational Change Advisor at Fanshawe College supports the institution’s anti-racism, anti-oppression, equity, diversity and inclusion strategy and multi-year EDI action plan. The role serves as a research-informed resource within the Centre for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, offering guidance grounded in lived experience, theory, and community knowledge to advance transformational, justice-informed systemic change. The incumbent works closely with the Manager of Equity and Accessibility Initiatives and college stakeholders to support operational planning and strategic EDI goals.
