ESL Instructor & Case Manager

The ESL Instructor & Case Manager provides culturally responsive English language instruction and individualized case management to young adults aged 18–24 in the Career Exploration and Employment Preparation Program. The role supports participants in improving workplace communication, navigating training and employment opportunities, and developing career readiness skills to transition into post-secondary education, advanced training, or permanent employment. The position also involves maintaining participant engagement, monitoring progress, coordinating supportive services, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
