This role is accountable for the operational delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) across all participating countries. The position serves as the global subject matter expert and central connector for HR Operations, Total Reward, Payroll, Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure consistent and compliant plan execution. The role may also expand to oversee the operational delivery of the RSU program in the future.
