The Share Plan Manager will oversee the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee and executive share plans, ensuring accurate and compliant operation while delivering a high-quality experience for participants worldwide. The role involves managing relationships with plan administrators, handling employee enquiries, and collaborating with various internal teams such as Reward, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Treasury.
