Estimating & Benchmarking Lead

KBR is seeking an Estimating & Benchmarking Lead to oversee the estimating group for capital project estimates, providing benchmark analyses and cost validation studies. The role supports early-stage budget development, tracks project progress against established budgets, and oversees check estimates as needed. This position serves as the estimating subject matter expert, ensuring independent estimate assurance and cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
