The Estimator (Electrical) will develop and manage cost estimates for NYCHA's capital projects, including quantity take‑offs, cost studies, and change order analysis. Reporting to the Cost Estimating Manager, the role ensures accurate budgeting, prepares documentation, and supports bid and contract negotiations for electrical work across a large portfolio of modernization projects.
