Estimator in Training

The Estimator in Training works closely with an Estimator to learn how to diagnose and prepare accurate, thorough, and profitable repair estimates for vehicles according to insurance and company guidelines. The role involves communicating the value of Gerber Collision & Glass to customers, managing the repair process from drop-off to completion, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and sales ratios. This position requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively with both customers and production teams.
