Estimator (Underground Wet Utilities)

The Wet Utilities Estimator will prepare accurate cost proposals and competitive bids for underground water, sewer, and storm drain projects across Southern California, collaborating with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure realistic and defensible estimates. This role supports pre‑construction and business development efforts for both public and private infrastructure projects.
