Estimator (Underground Wet Utilities)

The Wet Utilities Estimator will prepare accurate cost proposals and competitive bids for underground water, sewer, and storm drain projects across Southern California. The role works closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure estimates are realistic, defensible, and aligned with constructability and business development goals.
