Estimator

Reporting to the Estimating Director, this role involves providing accurate estimating and subcontractor costing for major construction projects ranging from budgeting through contract letting. The Estimator will analyze project documents, solicit pricing, identify risks, and develop preliminary schedules and cost plans to support competitive tender submissions. The position requires extensive knowledge of estimating techniques, the tendering process, and contract negotiation within the ICI construction sector.
