Estimator

This role involves evaluating bid specifications and drawings to create accurate proposals, while building relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure timely quotes. The Estimator collaborates with Project Management teams to finalize budgets, conducts site visits, and manages the bid process from inception to project hand-off. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in estimating software, and the ability to interpret architectural plans to develop comprehensive cost models.
