Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator is responsible for determining project costs and establishing sound pricing for client proposals by thoroughly evaluating bid specifications and drawings. This role involves collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to secure accurate quotes, working closely with Project Management teams to finalize budgets, and ensuring all proposals meet accuracy standards before submission. The position requires developing conceptual cost models, managing project buyouts, and maintaining up-to-date internal pricing databases.
