This position supports the Preconstruction and Estimating Team by analyzing proposals and preparing detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy in project budgets and scope. The estimator collaborates with designers, developers, and trade partners to validate existing conditions and maintain industry cost databases.
