Superintendent

The Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of DiMarco construction projects, ensuring work proceeds on schedule and within budget while strictly following specifications. This role involves managing subcontractors, conducting quality control and safety inspections, and facilitating communication among the project team, vendors, and local jurisdictions. The position requires daily supervision of site activities, maintenance of project documentation, and resolution of construction conflicts to ensure successful project completion.
