We are seeking a detail-driven Estimator to join our pre-construction team, where you will analyze plans, build accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Sales to ensure bids reflect real-world scope and constructability. This role involves preparing competitive proposals, supporting bids and sales efforts, and managing risks to protect project quality and performance. You will play a critical role in shaping how projects come to life from the first sketch to the final bid.
