Estimator

The Estimator plays a critical role in the preconstruction phase, responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for athletic facility construction projects. This position analyzes project specifications, drawings, and related documentation to forecast costs associated with materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted services. The role partners closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to evaluate project feasibility and deliver optimized pricing solutions.
