About this role

Consultant supporting ONE’s national-level engagement on the EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), providing strategic advice and external relationship management to advance EU ODA positions. The role is a fixed-term consultancy running February–December 2026, working approximately two days per month and reporting to ONE’s EU policy and advocacy team. The consultant will operate remotely and work closely with national stakeholders and civil society to inform ONE’s MFF strategy.
