Evaluation & Impact Fellow

The Evaluation & Impact Fellow leads the design, coordination, and delivery of programme-level evaluation for the NIHR-funded Maternity Disparities Consortium, assessing implementation, research outputs, and real-world impact. The role involves co-designing evaluation frameworks, applying mixed-methods approaches, and synthesising evidence to inform decisions on scaling and improving maternity outcomes. The fellow collaborates with Newcastle University to evaluate capacity development and policy impact while contributing to high-quality reports and research proposals.
