Evaluation & Impact Fellow

The Evaluation & Impact Fellow will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of programme-level evaluation for the NIHR-funded Maternity Disparities Consortium, focusing on reducing maternal inequalities and improving health outcomes. This role involves co-designing evaluation frameworks, applying mixed-methods research approaches, and synthesising evidence to inform strategic decisions and policy. The fellow will collaborate with partners across the consortium to assess implementation, impact, and sustainability while contributing to high-quality publications and research proposals.
