Event Assistant

The Conference & Event Assistant collaborates with full-time staff to execute event setups and teardowns across campus for internal and external rentals. The role involves maintaining storage rooms, assembling décor, handling linen laundering, and providing occasional office support. Employees may also be tasked with setting up sound systems and serving as event support as needed.
