Event Concierge

The Event Concierge at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is responsible for supporting event operations and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering memorable guest experiences. This role involves collaborating with Meeting and Event Managers prior to functions and serving as the main point of contact for Event Planners on the day of events. The position requires maintaining open communication across hotel departments and ensuring the proper execution of all functions.
