Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of roadside and repair events, from initial intake and triage through dispatch, updates, and final resolution. This role involves answering inbound calls, coordinating with technicians and wrecker operators, and keeping customers informed and calm in high-stress situations. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple active events simultaneously in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
