Event Operations Manager

Manages all event service, banquet, and event technology operations and staff on a daily basis to ensure the highest level of service throughout the event phase. The role focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities through up-selling and profit by effectively managing costs while achieving guest and employee satisfaction. This position is responsible for the financial performance of the Event Operations Department and leads the execution of event management strategies.
