Event Production Manager

The Event Production Manager on the Operations team reports to the Venue Manager and serves as the primary client contact through the planning, execution, and post-event phases. The role supports Convene’s physical, hybrid, and virtual meeting products and ensures events are delivered to hospitality standards. The manager coordinates across on-site event, technology, AV production, culinary, and control room teams to realize the client’s vision and maintain detailed event documentation.
