The freelance Lead Event Planner leads end-to-end planning and execution of in-person, hybrid, and virtual corporate events for Meeting Tomorrow’s clients. The role serves as the primary client contact, translating client visions into detailed event plans while partnering closely with internal AV production teams. It involves managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences. The planner also travels onsite to oversee live event operations and post-event wrap-up.
