Novaspace is seeking an experienced Events Project Manager to support its conference and executive event activities in the space sector, reporting to the Events Director. The role involves coordinating conference programs, managing speaker relations, and ensuring successful delivery of high‑level events for government, military, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate conference programs including the Space Defense & Security Summit
Identify, invite and coordinate senior speakers from government and industry
Support agenda development and session planning with internal stakeholders
Manage speaker communications, briefing documents and program materials
Monitor speaker confirmations and program milestones to ensure timely delivery

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, International Relations or related field
