EverCommerce seeks a Financial Systems Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise financial platforms by replacing traditional administrative functions with hands-on technical leadership. The role combines deep accounting knowledge with OneStream and NetSuite development expertise to manage complex data integrations, performance tuning, and automation of financial reporting processes. This position acts as a bridge between engineering and finance, ensuring data integrity across imperfect systems while supporting consolidation, planning, and close operations.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain OneStream applications for complex consolidation needs
Develop and optimize VB.NET Business Rules and Member Formulas
Build automated data pipelines between NetSuite and OneStream
Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies across financial systems
Automate manual financial processes to reduce close cycle time

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent engineering background5+ years of experience in Financial Systems
