Executive Assistant I

The Executive Assistant I serves as the operational and business management lead for the Chief Privacy Officer, Chief Data Officer, and State Chief Information Security Officer within the N.C. Department of Information Technology. This role involves driving process improvement, overseeing purchasing and logistics, and coordinating complex cross-divisional efforts to support strategic objectives. The position requires strong independent judgment to interpret administrative policies while managing executive calendars, travel, and vendor interactions.
