The Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator supports the Chief Operating Officer by managing daily administrative functions and driving cross-functional projects to completion. This role is central to establishing a new university, coordinating timelines, documentation, and communication across accreditation, licensure, staffing, and operational work streams. The position requires exceptional organizational skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the Executive office.
