About this role
The Executive Assistant will support AFC's executive leadership to maximize organizational impact by optimizing leaders' time and enabling cross-team coordination. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the role contributes to strategic alignment and operational efficiency while engaging internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Washington, D.C., supporting AFC's mission to advance resilient and equitable flood solutions.
