About this role

The American Flood Coalition is hiring an Operations Associate Director or Director to strengthen the organization's operational backbone and support its mission-driven work. Reporting to the COO, this senior role will partner with leadership to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and an excellent workplace culture while supervising a small operations team and external vendors. The final title and scope will depend on experience, with growth opportunities from Associate Director to Director level.
