Executive Assistant

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role provides critical administrative support to the Legal Department and serves as a backup assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Key duties include managing executive calendars, coordinating travel and logistics, administering legal bills, and supporting department budget management. The position requires flexibility in office hours and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
