Executive Assistant

This role serves as a trusted executive partner to the Executive Vice President(s), providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant manages complex calendars, coordinates travel and events, drafts correspondence, and acts as a gatekeeper for communications while maintaining strict confidentiality. The position requires independent decision-making, sound judgment, and the ability to interface with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
