Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Vice President, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing travel logistics while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role also prepares agendas, presentations, expense reports, and serves as a trusted liaison between the SVP and internal and external stakeholders.
