Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides senior‑level administrative support to the Vice President of Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure & OEM Solutions, handling global calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and preparation of executive‑level presentations and communications. The role also leads logistics for internal events and offsites, collaborates with other executives and assistants, and ensures confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
