Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-impact operational support to Longroad Energy’s Executive Team, serving as a trusted partner to the Chief Development Officer and other executives. This role involves managing executive calendars, triaging communications, coordinating complex travel and events, and maintaining management operating systems to protect leadership time for high-value activities. The position requires adapting to different working styles, exercising sound judgment, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.
