Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant supports the Senior Director of Science and a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 125 scientists, engineers, techs, and operations professionals at Helion, a fusion power company based in Everett, WA. This onsite role involves managing administrative priorities, preparing reports for the Board and Executive Team, and spearheading new department initiatives to enable leaders to focus on technical execution and strategic decisions. The position requires independent management of complex calendars, coordination of department operating rhythms, and development of administrative processes to improve efficiency. The role is pivotal in tackling real-world challenges with a team that values urgency, rigor, ownership, and delivering hard truths to achieve the world's first fusion power plant.
