Executive Chef (Pre-Opening)

The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations for a new 106-seat gastropub, conferences, events, and dining services at the Rydges Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne hotel. This role involves partnering with leadership to shape the restaurant concept, develop innovative menus, and manage kitchen P&L and operational budgets.
