Executive Chef

This position assists in the oversight of daily kitchen operations and works with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest quality food products in accordance with HRA’s standards. The role involves supervising staff, performing the duties of the Executive Chef when absent, and ensuring quality assurance of meal presentation and portion control. The position also requires maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to health department policies, and assisting with menu development and inventory management.
