Executive Chef

The Executive Chef is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen and food production outlet at Barchetta, located within the Omni Fort Lauderdale. This role focuses on minimizing operating costs, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional food service. The position involves collaborating with the General Manager and Food & Beverage Director to oversee kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and budgetary controls.
