Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef

This role involves coordinating food preparation and production while assisting the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in supervising food production across all locations and catering events. The position requires ensuring quality and cost standards are met, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining sanitation and safety protocols. The incumbent will also supervise food production personnel and handle administrative duties such as scheduling and reporting.
