The Executive Director, Compensation and Classification Services leads the development, implementation, and enhancement of compensation and classification strategies for British Columbia's health sector. Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources Strategies and Services, this senior leader oversees governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of provincial compensation plans while collaborating with health employers, unions, and government agencies.
BCPSEA is a full service employers' association and is the accredited bargaining agent for the province’s 60 public boards of education, for unionized teaching and support staff in the British Columbia K-12 public education system. We provide a full range of human resource services with a focus on the development, coordination and facilitation of human resources best practices.
