About this role
The Executive Director, Enterprise Ambulatory Access is a senior leader responsible for strategic oversight, integration, and optimization of patient access operations across the ambulatory enterprise. The role leads system-wide Capacity Management, Contact Center, and Clinical Navigation teams and partners with executive leadership to align access strategy with organizational growth, equity, and experience goals. This position reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Ambulatory Operations and directs subordinate directors and managers to drive enterprise-scale performance and scalability.
