Executive Director, Inclusion

The Executive Director, Inclusion at RGA leads the implementation of the company’s inclusive culture values into business plans and drives strategies to achieve enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion goals. This role partners across a matrixed organization, working with employee resource groups, talent and HR teams, and business leaders to operationalize inclusive programs and monitor outcomes. The position reports to the VP, Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion and supports global D&I efforts.
