The Program Manager of Global ERGs and Equity & Inclusion Specialist drives the strategy, development, and execution of global Employee Resource Group initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace. The role is part of the Talent & Diversity team and partners with ERG leaders, business leaders, and HR to align ERG efforts with Dexcom’s broader Equity & Inclusion objectives.
